RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES:

Upon getting the notification for the candidate who fulfills the requirements, Peace International would arrange for the further procedures. Client shall provide all the necessary document as enlisted in below s.no 1.

 

1.    What we require from you

We require following document from you to so that we get permission from Nepal Governement to recruit worker.

a) NOTARY PUBLIC

-        Original demand letter

-        Employment contract (Service Contract between the employer and the employee mentioning salary and benefits offered to the employee with detailed terms & conditions)

-        Power of Attorney (Authorizing our company to be a true and lawful Attorney and agent in this country)

-        Authorization letter addressing to Ministry of labour and transport & to the consular General, high commission of Embassy

-        Visa Slip/ Government approval

-        Company Registration (C.R) copy

-        Affidavit/ Sworn Statement (Only in case of MALAYSIA)

-        Agreement between two companies about the terms and conditions of the recruitment process.

-        Form 24, 29

-        Company profie

-        Guarantee Paper Visa copy/NOC

(NOTE: Notary public or the entire document should be attested and well stamped with Certified True Copy (CTC) chop, foreign affair chops and other chops where necessary)

 

 

 

STEP WISE PROCEDURES ARE AS BELOW

 

STEP 1: PLACEMENT OF ORDER AND DOCUMENT-

Client shall place the necessary document such as Notary Public or other document as mentioned above S. No. 1.

 

STEP 2: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT AT DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR (FOR PRE-PERMISSION LETTER)-

Upon receiving the necessary document from the client, next step would be applying for pre-permission letter from department of labor for the further workers selection procedures. Pre-permission letter allows us to do further recruitment procedures.

 

STEP 3: ADVERTISEMENT-

PEACE INTERNATIONAL advertises for the job vacancy in the daily newspaper for the further worker screening procedures. The advertisement would consider all the terms and condition and the requirement of the employer. Time limit of 7 to 15 days is given to the candidate for the apply to the post as advertised.

 

STEP 4: WORKER SCREENING/ INTERVIEW:

After the advertisement, worker visit the office for the screening procedures. Those workers who are physically and mentally fit, able to perform any task, active, sincere, honest , good at speaking/ understanding English, experienced and academic qualification in the related field, no cirminal records, are given highest priority and special requirement of client is given uppermost concern.
Conducting the final interview from the company itself (if required).
P.I would also be able to arrange written tests and interviews on behalf of the employer, if required. P.I would do the necessary arrangement, if the employers wish to send their own representative to conduct tests and interviews.

STEP 5: PRE-MEDICAL EXAMINATION-

Peace International would ensure that every selected candidate undergoes with medical examination to assure the health requirements the employer. 
Workers go through the PRE-MEDICAL OR BIO-METRIC MEDICAL EXAMINATION in the medical center which is authorized by the department of labor. Their online reports would be sent to the employer for the visa procedures.

 

STEP 6: VISA ISSUANCE AND VISA STAMPING FROM EMBASSY-

After sending the necessary documents of the candidates like, resume, passport copies, photos and medical report, the visa of the candidate is issued. Original visa copy is send to us. Then after, we go through the stamping procedure (in case of few countries
).

 

STEP 7: TRAINING, ORIENTATION AND RE-MEDICAL-

P.I also runs training classes to fulfill the requirement of the client. We re-check the worker is full competent for the respective job. We send them for the special orientation class, to make sure that the worker is aware about the countries rules and regulations, and do’s and don’ts. Worker undergo with re-medical to make sure the worker is fit for the abroad employment.

 

STEP 8: SUBMISSION FOR FINAL-PERMISSION LETTER-

Once the worker training, orientation classes and re-medical is done, we submit for final permission letter at department of labor. This is the letter that the government permits the worker for abroad employment. Deployment paper work is completed.

 

STEP 9: DEPARTURE-

Once the procedure completes, departure date is decided and informed to the client. Departure schedule with the names of the candidate is provided before 3 days of departure date for all the arrangements that need to do by the employer.
Upon deployment, final departure update is conveyed for the easy pick up of the workers from airport.

STEP 10: CLEARANCE-

Getting the update on the workers pick up and send to company.


STEP 11: GETTING TIME TO TIME UPDATE ON THE WORKERS WELLBEING-

We make sure that the candidate is given the work as they were promised. And we get the time to time update on the workers that they are fully satisfied with their recruitment.

 

 

 

 

 

SAUDI VISA PROCESS:

 

Apart from other countries of Middle East, the visa processing for the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is different.

STEP WISE PROCEDURES ARE AS BELOW

 

 

STEP 1: WAKALA AND OTHER DOCUMENT-

 

Client provides below documents, after getting attestations from Chamber of Commerce & Foreign Affairs Ministry (MOFA) of Saudi Arabia.

-      Electronic- wakala (E-wakala)

-      Other legal documents.

 

STEP 2: SELECTION PROCEDURES-

 

After the advertisement, worker visit the office for the screening procedures. Those workers who are physically and mentally fit, able to perform any task, active, sincere, honest , good at speaking/ understanding English, experienced and academic qualification in the related field, no criminal records, are given highest priority and special requirement of client is given uppermost concern.
We shall conduct the final interview from the company itself, if required.
P.I would also be able to arrange written tests and interviews on behalf of the employer, if required. P.I would do the necessary arrangement, if the employers wish to send their own representative to conduct tests and interviews.

 

STEP 3: MOFA NUMBER-

 

Obtaining the MOFA number of each selected candidate from the website of Saudi Government. (PEACE INTERNATIONAL is provided with the username and the password to log on to the authorized visa application link: www.enjazit.com.sa). Therefore Peace International Pvt. Ltd is authorized company for Saudi Arabia recruitment.

 

STEP 4: MEDICAL EXAMINATION-

 

Peace International would ensure that every selected candidate undergoes with medical examination to assure the health requirements the employer. 
After MOFA, each candidates undergo medical process to GAMCA Nepal & its approved medical centers (Permitted/ authorized by GCC Nations as well as Nepal Government). It takes about 3 working days to get medical reports.

Medical fit reports, original passports, E-Wakala and other related documents are submitted to Saudi Embassy Consulate Section in Dhaka, Bangladesh for their visa endorsement.

Note: Only the Manpower Companies who are authorized and provided with Entry Card from the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka are eligible to submit the passports for visa stamping.
